Prakash is an established GHG & Sustainability professional with over 17 years of experience in the related field including GHG (Climate Change) projects, validation/verification, team lead and technical review. He has received extensive training in GHG emission reduction/mitigation/adaptation, climate finance, sustainability/conservation projects, and so on. He is a highly qualified Senior Lead Assessor and Technical Reviewer under various carbon standards like CDM, GS, VCS, EU ETS, UER, Forest Stewardship Council, Shipping MRV and Environmental Management System, ISO 14001:2004, and ISO 14064.
Prakash is a qualified sectoral expert for technical areas 1.2 (Renewable Energy), 3.1 (Energy Efficiency) and 13.1 (Waste Handling and Disposal) under UN CDM and other GHG standards.
Prakash has worked in climate change mitigation, abatement, adaptation, and conservation projects with various roles such as DOE, VVB, Auditor and Consultant, Advisors and Carbon Portfolio Head for over 900 projects and over 100M tonnes CO2e reductions. His successful leadership and management of various international teams of carbon professionals inspired him to establish an organization with a vision to utilize his past experiences to provide creative and ground-breaking sustainability solutions to help achieve the target of our clients.
A professional in the power sector in general, and thermal power plants in particular, having varied experience in different facets i.e., Climate change & Renewable Energy, Engineering, Execution, Operations & Maintenance, and Procurement, etc. Mr. Pradhan had worked in different capacities in NTPC Ltd, a premier power utility of India with Maharatna status by Government of India and superannuated as General Manager.
Mr. Pradhan headed Clean Development Mechanism Group (CDM) methodology in the MW range prepared since its inception i.e., June 2005 and facilitated registration/verification of several NTPC projects with UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change). He participated at various international forums including COP 13 and COP 15. He has played a key role in getting the globally first CDM methodology in MW range prepared by NTPC for supercritical technology, which has been approved by UNFCCC as ACM0013. The benefit of this methodology is available to the world community at large. It was a path-breaking effort in the power sector. As a group head of Renewable Energy, he planned and executed several initiatives in the field of Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Wind and Ocean Thermal Energy.
Having such vast experience in the field of climate and renewable energy projects, he aims to further contribute towards net zero targets and well-being of the global fraternity.
Arshi has a Master’s in Energy Systems and around 15 years of experience in Climate Change. She worked as a validator/verifier and technical expert with the world’s leading climate change project validation/verification agencies. She has been involved in GHG projects in various roles, e.g. expert/lead auditor/assessor/reviewer.
She joined The Gold Standard Foundation (GS) and later SustainCert and was responsible for GS projects (ICS, safe drinking water, biogas, etc.). internal reviews for around five years. While with the GS, she has reviewed over 500 projects from various sectors, including renewable energy, energy efficiency, and community-based projects (ICS, safe drinking water, biogas etc.).
She is a certified Lead Auditor of ISO 14001 and a Senior GHG Assessor/Technical Reviewer. She has worked on around 200 projects as a GHG auditor and over 500 projects as a reviewer while with GS. She was also involved in preparing the First Biennial Update Report (BUR) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, India.
Mr. Anant Kumar Mishra is a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of professional experience. He is an M. Com, F.C.A. and with a deep knowledge of departmental working at lower level up to the appellate level. He has varied experience in areas of Audits, Investigation, Due Diligence, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), and Company Law Matters for domestic and foreign companies including Management Consultancy, Information System Audit and FEMA. He has worked with various clients including large and medium-scale firms, banks, trusts, societies, charitable and educational institutions, and some well renowned individuals. He is associated with various Chartered Accountants/firms, Management Consultants, Company Secretaries, and IT Professionals.
Sanjay has a Master’s degree in Energy Management and a professional experience of more than 15 years in the field of Energy Efficiency, Climate Change, and Renewable Energy. He is well versed with the GHG schemes and successfully audited more than 500 GHG assignments across the globe along with many registrations & issuances of credits as a GHG consultant. Previously, he was heading a climate change wing of the UNFCCC accredited validation & verification body.
Bhakti is a Chemical Engineer and BEE - certified Energy Auditor. She is a dedicated professional with more than 14 years of experience in energy conservation/management, process analysis, project management, GHG consultancy, CDM, VCS and CCX validation and verification. She has done extensive work in writing and editing technical reports. Her other areas of expertise lie in Results-Oriented Project Management, Greenhouse Gas Accounting, Carbon Footprinting, Technical Solution Advisor and Energy Auditor.
Ashish has a good amount of experience working in the field of chemical engineering with a special emphasis on energy and sustainability. He has worked as an Onsite Team Leader for executing various Green Audits and was responsible for Onsite Field Management and Assessments. He has been extensively trained for energy sector projects and has professional experience of 13 + years working with companies like TELCO.
Devahita Ashwin Anand, a post graduate in Environmental Sciences. She was in the team under Project & Business Development, Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited (NLCIL), to register their renewable energy projects under GCC, carbon offsetting programme (2021).
She won the best Documentation presentation in Sustainable living focused on green protocol of the campus, in International Eco-conference, Greening for sustainable living (2019) representing as the student coordinator of Agro-Jeevanam club and science forum of MCC, Calicut.

Mr. Singh is a result-oriented professional, driven by creativity with a zeal to learn & lead positions at various business & consulting positions. With an extensive experience in the engineering of power plant electrical systems, he has worked with NTPC Ltd. (a Maharatna, premier power utility of India), for over 33 years. An effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and hands-on experience in training and developing subordinates, his work forte includes dealing with customers, consultants & suppliers working on power projects and effective generation of Management Information. He has been a key contributor in designing the Quality systems of Renewable Energy projects taken up for the first time by the NTPC. Being a creative visionary and sensitive to the environment, Mr. Singh envisages further contributing to the fields of climate change and sustainability.
Tanvi Sahdev is a double master's degree holder from the United States and currently works as a public policy and corporate affairs professional. Her background includes previous roles in Regulatory Affairs in the US and India within the Medical Devices industry. In her most recent position as the Country Manager at HELIOZ Global Services Private Ltd., she focused on creating an impact on Environmental Sustainability, Carbon markets, and the CO2 situation in India, as well as Water sustainability and Sustainable Development Goals. Tanvi was also responsible for handling government relations, PR, risk management, and CSR projects at Samsung India and Southwest Asia. With her impeccable networking skills and past experiences, she has overseen many strategic developments for various industries in India for market access opportunities.
